Over the past couple months as we became aware of our Queen Lane house on the market and working closely with our Financial Advisor, Rick was very supportive in relaying to us pertinent information to guide us towards deciding to purchase and ultimately close on buying our FL home especially in negotiating with the home seller estate trust agent.
He also supports us greatly post close in contacting potential renovation contractors as well as securing access lock keys and in communicating recommended home inspection agent reports to those contractors to help guide us in our future occupancy home renovations.
